Types of motorbike lifts available
The choice available for motorbike lifts on the market today seems vast at first glance, but we’ve tried to help you narrow down your choice, prices vary so does the range of uses, our advice is to think carefully not just about your current needs but also of any possible future needs, a good quality motorbike lift will last you years, very little maintenance work is required, save the odd bit of oil and a wipe down after use. We’ll highlight a couple of our personal favourites but these are based on the uses we have for them, your needs may differ.
We think the best approach is to choose the lift that ticks the most boxes, one type unfortunately will not cater for all types of motorbike, then decide on the maximum weight to be lifted that comfortably fits your present / future needs, are you ever going to work on a Harley or goldwing?
Finally choose the manufacturer if you have any preference, all the motorcycle lifts on this site come from quality manufacturers so no need to worry about some lifts being offered from an unknown supplier or some guy knocking them up in his shed.
Alternatively there are some excellent savings to be had via ebay, usually new motorbike lifts are often at reduced prices, but occasionally a true bargain can be had with a used table lift, although we’d recommend a visit to inspect prior to the auction ending, also bear in mind cost of either delivery or collection, motorbike lifts are not going to fit in the letter box!
